Deborah’s passion lies in helping others realize and achieve their dreams and full potential. As a Realtor and Career Coach at RE/MAX Advantage Plus in Boca Raton, she has extensive experience and notability in the world of real estate.  Deborah has been recognized and praised for her personable nature, high levels of market knowledge, and communication skills.

As a wife, mother, and grandmother she has found passion in representing integrity, commitment, and mentorship in all aspects of her life. She has established herself as a successful member of the community, after residing in Florida for almost 40 years with her family. She is a member of Master Broker Forum, an elite group of South Florida Realtors and a previous Florida Realtors Director and Honor Society member. She was a Women’s Council of Realtors ® Florida State Governor. She is a speaker, panelist, presenter and facilitator at the National and State Realtor ® conventions. Deborah was honored as Women’s Council of Realtors ® local and state Entrepreneur of the Year, Mentor of the Year and Blue Diamond Award winner. She has served as a director for the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and was named their 2011 Mid-size Broker of the Year. In 2012 she was voted Best of Boca Realtor by the Forum Newspaper readers. In 2013 she was nominated as a Woman of Distinction for Soroptimist International.

Deborah co-authored “7F Words For living A Balanced Life.” The book made the Amazon best seller list for team management and leadership. She shares the simple & effective messages from the book by giving motivational and interactive workshops across the nation!
